Some properties may not need Push and Pullout Services or Scout Services, but still deal with constant overflow, contamination, unauthorized dumping, bulky items, pest & odors, missed pick ups or other waste related issues that are taking up too much time, money and resources.

Choosing a weekly monitoring plan will give you the assurance that you have a partner, providing weekly or daily inspection over the trash room, collection and disposal areas, to ensure your waste and recycling programs is running the way you want it. Not only do we monitor, but we are equipped and knowledgable to address the issues that develop from common issues that occur when you do not have someone actively monitoring and managing the trash room

Basic Plan
Ideal for 5-25 unit properties or smaller commercial properties, normally with 1 trash room and one pickup per week
Once a week visits to inspect your trash room
Report missing carts, dumpster or any repairs needed
Report overflow and contamination
Report Junk, ground debris, odors or pests (provide any additional needed services as needed)
Starts at $30 per vist
Mid-rise Plan
Ideal for mid-rise apartments or larger mixed use properties. Normally with 2 or more trash rooms and multiple pickups a week
2 Visits per week to inspect your trash room
Everything in the Basic Plan
Bin or compactor rotation for compactors or chutes
Coordinate directly with your hauler on service related interruptions
Starts at $90 per visit
High-Rise
Ideal for high-rise apartments or larger commercial properties. Normally with 2 or more trash rooms and multiple pickups per week
5 day a week visits to inspect your trash room
Everything in our Mid-Rise Plan
Sorting assistance and dumpster leveling
Bulky junk and removal plan - Automatically bulky items when spotted
Scheduled monthly pressure washing of trash room (up to 20x20 square ft)
