Trash Scouts was announced as a recipient of the Comcast Rise Grant!!! 🤗
This grant was given to 100 Small Businesses owned by people of color in select cities across the country.
We are thrilled and honored to be selected. Congratulations to all the other recipients. As a small business, working to navigate through this pandemic, this grant is big help for us and many others small businesses.
Thank you Comcast for investing in these small businesses and the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce for introducing us to this grant. The Grant also included 1 year of business coaching for Ureeka.

Starting January 16th, 2022, the Comcast Rise Grant program will expand eligibility to all women-owned small businesses, regardless of race or ethnicity, so be sure to check it out if you think you qualify
